Die nachfolgenden Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für sämtliche Buchungen, Aufenthalte und sonstige Dienstleistungen des Hotels Pradell GmbH. Mit der Buchung erkennt der Gast diese Bedingungen an.
1. Buchung und Vertragsabschluss
Ein Vertrag zwischen Gast und Hotel kommt zustande, sobald die Buchung vom Hotel bestätigt wurde – schriftlich, telefonisch oder elektronisch. Eine Reservierung ohne Anzahlung gilt nicht als verbindlich.
2. Preise und Bezahlung
Die angegebenen Preise verstehen sich in Euro pro Zimmer/Nacht inklusive Mehrwertsteuer, jedoch exklusive Ortstaxe. Die Zahlung kann vor Ort in bar, per Kreditkarte oder vorab per Überweisung erfolgen.
3. Stornierung
Stornierungen müssen schriftlich erfolgen. Es gelten folgende Gebühren:
- bis 14 Tage vor Anreise: kostenlos
- 13–7 Tage vor Anreise: 50 % des Gesamtbetrags
- ab 6 Tage vor Anreise / Nichtanreise: 90 %
Eine Rückerstattung erfolgt gemäß Art. 1382 ZGB nicht, sofern der Gast nicht rechtzeitig storniert.
4. An- und Abreise
Check-in ist ab 14:00 Uhr möglich, Check-out bis 10:00 Uhr. Bei verspäteter Abreise kann eine weitere Nacht berechnet werden.
5. Haftungsausschluss
Hotel Pradell bemüht sich um Aktualität, Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit der Inhalte dieser Website. Dennoch kann keine Garantie dafür übernommen werden. Ebenso übernehmen wir keine Haftung für externe Links. Änderungen sind jederzeit vorbehalten.
6. Datenschutz und Urheberrecht

The following terms and conditions apply to all bookings, stays and services offered by Hotel Pradell GmbH. By booking, the guest acknowledges these terms.
1. Booking and Contract
A contract between the guest and Hotel is established once the booking is confirmed by the hotel in writing, by phone or electronically. Reservations without a deposit are not considered binding.
2. Prices and Payment
All prices are in euros per room/night including VAT, excluding local tourist tax. Payment can be made on-site in cash, by credit card or in advance by bank transfer.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:
- Up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge
- 13–7 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
- 6 days before arrival or no-show: 90%
Refunds are subject to Article 1382 of the Italian Civil Code. No refund will be made for late or absent cancellations.
4. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out until 10:00 AM. Late check-out may incur additional charges.

Le presenti condizioni generali si applicano a tutte le prenotazioni, soggiorni e servizi offerti da Hotel Pradell GmbH. Effettuando una prenotazione, l’ospite accetta queste condizioni.
1. Prenotazione e Contratto
Un contratto tra l’ospite e l’hotel si conclude nel momento in cui la prenotazione viene confermata dall’hotel per iscritto, telefonicamente o elettronicamente. Le prenotazioni senza caparra non sono considerate vincolanti.
2. Prezzi e Pagamento
Tutti i prezzi sono espressi in euro per camera/notte, IVA inclusa, tassa di soggiorno esclusa. Il pagamento può essere effettuato in loco in contanti, con carta di credito o anticipatamente tramite bonifico bancario.
3. Politica di Cancellazione
Le cancellazioni devono essere comunicate per iscritto. Si applicano le seguenti penali:
- Fino a 14 giorni prima dell’arrivo: gratuito
- Da 13 a 7 giorni prima dell’arrivo: 50% dell’importo totale
- 6 giorni prima dell’arrivo o mancata presentazione: 90%
I rimborsi sono soggetti all’articolo 1382 del Codice Civile italiano. Nessun rimborso sarà effettuato per cancellazioni tardive o assenti.
4. Check-in e Check-out
Check-in dalle ore 14:00, check-out entro le ore 10:00. Il late check-out può comportare costi aggiuntivi.
5. Esclusione di Responsabilità
Hotel Pradell si impegna al massimo per garantire che le informazioni presenti su questo sito siano accurate e aggiornate. Tuttavia, non si assume alcuna responsabilità o garanzia per la tempestività, esattezza o completezza delle informazioni fornite. Hotel Pradell non è responsabile per i contenuti dei siti esterni collegati tramite hyperlink. Modifiche e aggiornamenti ai contenuti possono essere effettuati senza preavviso.
